Removing the egg white stains
By Vilo • Apr 27th, 2007 • Category: Tips on cleaning and stain removal
The egg white belongs among protein-based substances therefore when cleaning it you must avoid high temperatures (proteins coagulate at high temperatures).
The fresh egg white spot should be first dried little with a paper towel, then it can be cleaned with the mix of tepid water and dishwashing liquid (or enzymatic washing powder).
The old spot can be removed with 3% ammonia solution.
