How to remove the blood stains from the carpet

The blood belongs among protein-based substances therefore you must avoid high temperatures when cleaning it (proteins coagulate at high temperatures).
The blood stain must be cleaned immediately with the mix of cold water and enzymatic washing powder (or dishwashing agent).
To stabilize the spot we can use the 3% ammonia solution and neutralize it with the mild vinegar:water (1:3) mix.
If the affected place remains red you can whiten it with the citric acid standardly used in the kitchen.
